Free Shipping — Australia-Wide

We provide free standard shipping on all orders within Australia with no minimum order value. This applies to every single purchase.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All Australian orders are sent via a tracked service (Australia Post or a trusted courier partner).

 

• Standard Shipping: FREE — estimated 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: Available at checkout, estimated 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to your location, carrier schedules, or unforeseen delays. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

 

International Shipping

We ship to selected countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and shown at checkout.

 

• International Standard: estimated 7–21 business days

• International Express: estimated 5–10 business days (where available)

Important notes:

• International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees.

• These charges are set by your local government and are not controlled by Paris Kaye.

• We are not responsible for customs delays or additional costs.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with full tracking details.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes tracking. Simply click the link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your parcel in real time.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Paris Kaye is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@pariskaye.com.au. We will try to correct it before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has left our warehouse.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@pariskaye.com.au

 

We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or full refund in line with our policies and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
