Returns and Refunds — Quick Summary

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. 

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — whether through an exchange, a refund, or support under our 1-year warranty.

Faulty or incorrect items are fully covered, including return shipping.

 1. Returns — 30-Day Window

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery if:

  • You have valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • The item is in its original condition — unworn, undamaged, and free from signs of use

  • The item is returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging

  • The item is not personalised or custom-made (see Section 5)

If your return does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to decline the return and send the item back to you.
 

2. Exchanges — 30-Day Window

We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery under the same conditions as returns.

If you would like a different size or style, please contact us and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, a full refund will be provided instead.
 
 

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at info@pariskaye.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • Your reason for returning, and (for exchanges) your preferred replacement item

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address.

Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit — we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.

Please do not send items back without prior approval.
 

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

If your return is not approved — for example, because the item shows signs of wear or is missing original packaging — we will notify you by email and arrange to return the item to you. No refund will be issued in this case.
 

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Personalised, custom-engraved, or made-to-order jewellery

  • Items returned without proof of purchase

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Gift cards
     
     

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at info@pariskaye.com.au within 14 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the fault or issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund). We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
 

7. 1-Year Warranty

All Paris Kaye jewellery includes a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and abnormal tarnishing or discolouration under normal use.

This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, exposure to harsh chemicals, or improper care.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@pariskaye.com.au with:

  • Your order number and proof of purchase

  • A clear photo of the defect

  • A description of the issue and when it first appeared

We will assess your claim and respond within 3 business days with the appropriate remedy — repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
 

8. Australian Consumer Law

This policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer guarantees.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
